Candidates Will Be Required To Demonstrate The Following Qualifications:
1. A University degree (or equivalent academic degree) in HR, psychology, sociology, business administration or in a field relevant to the function.
2. At least 6 (six) years of professional experience (acquired after the award of the academic qualification required as a condition of eligibility) in a dynamic multicultural and international environment in two or more of areas mentioned under “DUTIES”.
3. Experience in designing and/or implementing HR rules, policies, procedures, processes, work instructions, etc.
4. Proven expertise in talent management within an organisation, including end-to-end talent acquisition and retention strategies, design and implementation of job and competency frameworks, and staff development programmes that align with organisational goals and workforce planning needs.
5. Proven experience in leveraging innovative, creative, or state-of-the-art HR techniques and tools to enhance HR processes, workforce engagement, and organisational effectiveness. Candidates are required to provide a description in their application of specific projects they have led or contributed to, detailing the innovative methodologies, technologies, or creative approaches used, and their measurable impact on HR outcomes.
6. Very good command of written and spoken English.

1. Proven professional experience in applying the Staff Regulations and Conditions of Employment of Other Servants of the European Union or similar regulations in the HR administrative area.
2. Experience in process transformation and project management.
3. Experience in providing guidance and direction to team members.
4. Strong commitment to professional development evidenced through professional qualifications in specific HR domains (i.e. coaching; mediation, career guidance).
5. Experience in preparing and analysing HR metrics, dashboards.
