This role sits within the People Technology & Data function of the group and plays a key role in driving data maturity, insight-led decision-making, and the implementation of AI-driven tools across the employee lifecycle. The successful candidate will be instrumental in shaping and scaling people analytics capabilities in a complex, multinational context.
1. People Reporting & Data Visualization

Design and deliver high-quality people reporting and dashboards at group level.
*
Collaborate closely with internal data teams to align on data definitions, metrics, and data flows.
*
Support compliance with emerging regulatory requirements and voluntary disclosure frameworks (e.g. ESG, sustainability-related).
2. Data Governance & Infrastructure
*
Help maintain and evolve a global HR data glossary and data standards.
*
Support internal governance forums and act as a liaison between HR and data/IT stakeholders.
*
Ensure people data architecture aligns with high security, privacy, and ethical standards.
3. Insights & Innovation
*
Translate complex data into actionable insights to improve the employee and HR experience.
*
Contribute to the development of a strong data culture within HR and the broader organization.
*
Explore the integration of innovative technologies, including (Generative) AI, to further enhance analytics capabilities.
In this role, you will be both a strategic partner and hands-on expert, working with internal stakeholders across regions and functions. You will act as a champion for HR data, helping to embed its use as a core pillar of the people strategy.

You do not need to be an expert in all three areas, but you should be curious and eager to grow across the full spectrum.
In addition, we value the following:

Strong proficiency in data visualization tools and dashboarding (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, etc.)

Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills

Solid understanding of data privacy and security in a people/HR context

Experience with the HR domain

Fluency in French or Dutch combined to English
