Job Description
To support our growth in Belgium, we are looking for an Experienced ServiceNow Sales Business Developer.
Who are we looking for?
We are seeking an energetic, results-driven Sales Business Developer with proven experience in selling ServiceNow solutions. Ideal candidates should have a solid track record of selling advanced services in the Belgian market, a deep understanding of ServiceNow, ITIL frameworks, and their business applications, as well as a solution-oriented approach to customer relations.
As the Experienced ServiceNow Sales Business Developer at Devoteam, you will drive new business opportunities, acquire new customers, and enhance the value of our existing customer relationships.
In this role, you’ll work to increase awareness, promote the adoption of ServiceNow solutions, and drive business growth. You will have a significant impact on strategic planning, execution, and new account acquisition.
Qualifications
Your profile:
1. Proven experience in enterprise B2B sales within ServiceNow or similar technologies with at least 5 years in complex multi-level engagements
2. Strong record in managing corporate accounts with C-level access & experience
3. Ability to build executive relationships with customers, influence their long-term strategic direction, and act as a trusted ServiceNow advisor
4. Expertise in creating and executing account plans, resulting in a robust pipeline of ServiceNow opportunities
5. Ability to identify and qualify use cases for ServiceNow solutions, articulating key differentiators and business value
6. Experience managing multiple opportunities through the entire sales cycle, working with cross-functional teams including ServiceNow developers, ITIL specialists, and cloud architects
7. You will be responsible for driving customer engagement and adoption in all ServiceNow-related activities
8. A strong network within the Belgian market is an asset
9. Commitment to self-development and staying up to date with the latest ServiceNow trends
10. Team player who can inspire passion, vision, and energy in the full Devoteam ecosystem
11. Fluency in Dutch or French, and English (Mandatory)
