Key activities: Liaison with the Commercial Operations above market team within the Field Sales Services service line with focus on Equipment Administration. Coordinate and oversee the transition of Equipment administration processes to Bulgaria early 2025: Requests for movements Placements/Removal. Contract Management. Equipment Asset Protection follow up. Act as Business Partner for the Field Sales Services service line: manage commercial escalations and ensure clear mutual understanding of roles and responsibilities & processes, be the SPOC both in and above market. Coach and upskill on processes and ways of working (Indirect People Management). Build strong relationships with local teams as well as above market team to secure and perform high quality commercial support. Collect business requirements from commercial teams and ensure operational standards are kept E2E to overcome lack of commercial proximity. Proactively identify requirements and manage continuous improvements related to Equipment admin processes. Follow up on different KBIs (e.g. SLA). Manage strategic projects and transformation initiatives impacting the Field Sales Services service line. Drive adoption of commercial tools. Bridge with central team. Perform change management by building capabilities. Foster cultural engagement around use of new and existing tools and processes. Skills: Business Knowledge of activities related to Equipment Management. Strong process/project management and excellent organizational skills. Ability to deliver high impact and concise verbal and written communication, power to convince. Strong team player: pro active, ability to connect, positive mind set, high energy, can do attitude, flexibility and integrity. Stakeholder Management and Coordination.
