The Pricing and Strategic Marketing department forms a vital link in the organisation. The decisions made by this department heavily influence the companies profitability. This role will be responsible for maintaining primary responsibility for pricing and structuring all of the leasing transactions and is closely involved in developing general and customer specific marketing objectives and strategies. You will work closely with the Business Development team (pricing models), Treasury, Credit and Procurement departments to ensure that the pricing and marketing strategies accurately reflect current equipment cost, capital cost and credit risk considerations. Key responsibilities include: - Structuring and pricing live leasing transactions. Typical transaction sizes range from $1 million to more than $100 million of equipment. - Updating and improving general lease pricing models. - Creating new customized pricing models for specific leasing transactions - Maintaining close communication with the Global Sales force to reflect current market conditions and keep Triton's senior management up to date. - Actively participate in pricing, marketing strategies and contract negotiations, and occasionally take a lead role in responding to day-to-day pricing inquiries. - Liaising with the credit team, in order to properly reflect credit risk in lease pricing and structuring decisions - Developing marketing reports to summarize and communicate market trends, pricing data, wins / losses, customer market shares, etc.- Master Degree required - Experience in a commercial or investment banking position, or comparable role (internship experience will be considered) - Significant experience with building and using financial models in Excel (strong Excel skills is a must!) - Demonstrated ability to take project ownership and make sound business decisions - Willing and able to travel both domestically and internationally as required (< 20%). International experience a plus. - Strong analytical skills with an interest in global trade and finance. - Must be at a commutable distance (within 50 miles) to the Antwerp office - Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in Belgium.
