We are currently looking for junior, medior and senior analysts (with an ambition to become a product owner or project manager) to join our teams and deliver high-end consultancy services to our clients on the regional level. Job description
Our regional team is looking for several analysts that have experience in product ownership or PMO and are thinking about evolving towards product owner or project manager. As an analyst you will be responsible for closely interacting with clients, understanding their problem areas, translating their problem areas into business requirements and use cases, owning the product backlog and documenting the AS-IS and TO-BE scenarios if required.
The analysis should include elaborating and carefully documenting the business, functional and non-functional requirements in close collaboration with the stakeholders involved.
You are able to prioritize and manage the backlog based upon the product vision/strategy.
In other words, you are the bridge between business and IT.
Level

Your profile – Skills & Experiences (in accordance with your level) :
1. Higher Education (Bachelor - Master level),
2. Starting as of 4 years of analysis,
3. A dynamic team player looking to grow in an evolving environment,
4. Experience in assisting clients in implementing business cases,
5. Coordination of different stakeholders,
6. Manage the requirements with excellent planning and monitoring skills,
7. Have experience in Agile methodologies,
8. Have excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills,
9. Able to present and lead workshops with clients,
10. Flexible to new situations and challenges

Resident in the region
Fluent communication skills in Dutch and English (French is a big plus)
