As a QA&I Specialist, you will monitor stock integrity and quality of operations in the warehouse. Versatility is essential in this position where inventory management, handling quality issues and KPI reporting are the main focus. You will be responsible for checking shipments entering and leaving the warehouse and ensuring that all orders are received or delivered correctly. Reporting to the Supervisor Quality, you will maintain a close relationship with warehouse operations and foster an improvement-oriented environment.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Inventory Management
* Managing the inventory process in the warehouse: planning cycle counts, physical inventory control, stock adjustments.
* Analysis and monitor daily stock discrepancies.
* Responsible for stock correctness.
* Execute and follow up on return orders.
Quality Control
* Process rejected/damaged goods.
* Document quality issues throughout the warehouse.
* Process quality issues using proven standard quality methods.
* Report occurrences to customer.
* Take action where necessary.
KPI reporting and process improvement
* Generate daily, weekly and monthly KPI reports for operation and management.
* Challenge and improve existing processes.
Relationship management
* Network and maintain good relationships with our customer.
* Close cooperation with the warehouse.
* Good understanding within our quality department.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant professional or analytical field or equivalent through experience in a relevant position.
* Analytical and data-driven mindset.
* Proactive and hands-on attitude.
* Good communication skills in both Dutch and English.
* Knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
* Knowledge of administrative and logistics processes.
* Knowledge of WMS.
* Full-time contract, undetermined time.
