The Challenge
Our team is looking for a dynamic, high-performing and experienced Professional Services Team Lead & Project Manager. In this role, you will lead the delivery of complex, enterprise-level projects while also overseeing and mentoring our Professional Services team.
The Professional Services team drives successful solution implementations, guiding customers from contract signature to go-live. Their mission is to deliver exceptional service through structured project management and deep technical expertise.
The Day-to-Day
As part of your day-to-day in this role, you will:
1. Lead our Professional Services team:
* Lead a team of Customer Project Managers (CPMs) and Solution Architects (SAs) to ensure successful customer implementations;
* Define and maintain the implementation methodology and best practices;
* Ensure resource allocation and capacity planning across multiple projects;
* Oversee project quality, timelines and customer satisfaction;
* Coordinate with other departments (Sales, Product, Support, Customer Success);
* Drive continuous improvement of implementation processes and the growth of your team members.
2. Manage complex implementation projects:
* Act as single point of contact and manage project scope, timeline and budget;
* Coordinate between client teams and Urbantz resources;
* Oversee technical integrations and platform configuration;
* Track project progress and handle risk management;
* Ensure continuous stakeholder alignment and handle escalations;
* Drive successful delivery and handover to the Customer Success Team.
The Must Haves
* Next to being fluent in English, you speak excellent, near native level of French.
* Language skills in German, Italian, or Spanish are a plus.
* A degree with a minimum of 5 years of working experience.
* At least 3 years of project management experience, ideally in a software environment.
* A first experience in leading a team.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and oral. You are comfortable speaking to stakeholders at different levels – from warehouse managers to CEOs.
* The ability to communicate efficiently with software engineers.
* Flexibility and self-organisation.
* Willingness to travel to clients for significant project milestones.
* Willing to invest in your knowledge of business and technical matters.
