Key Responsibilities
You will:
* Develop customized strategies that align with customer needs and work closely with internal teams to ensure product quality and service exceed expectations.
* Crafting and implementing growth strategies for existing accounts while identifying new opportunities.
* Collaborate actively with internal stakeholders to deliver added value and meet customer expectations.
* Support our sustainability efforts and strengthen our commitment to responsible business practices.
Background and Experience Required
We're looking for a strategic, customer-focused professional with a hands-on approach and a drive to excel. Ideal candidates will have:
* A minimum of 5 years of experience in a commercial or account management role, preferably in FMCG or Private label.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Dutch and English.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and experience building relationships across all levels of an organization.
* A solid understanding of the BeNeLux market and B2B2C relationship dynamics.
