Our client, a key player in the retail industry, is looking for a IT Domain Manager to lead the Monitoring and Incident Detection domain. Your Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and fostering a collaborative, innovative environment.
Manage the monitoring domain budget (CAPEX and OPEX) and supervise automation and documentation efforts.
Oversee the implementation of monitoring solutions using technologies such as ELK stack, Splunk, Dynatrace, Datadog, New Relic, and Grafana.
Continuously optimize monitoring configurations to enhance visibility and alert accuracy, ensuring that monitoring solutions fit team needs.
Develop dashboards and reports for system performance insights, ensuring visibility for end users.
Collaborate with the Incident Manager to identify trends and proactively address incidents.
Analyze data trends, develop fault detection metrics, and execute alerts to improve incident predictability.
Work cross-functionally with application owners, developers, and IT support to integrate monitoring solutions with applications.
Exigences
Your Profile:
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Proven experience with IT monitoring technologies (ELK stack, Splunk, Dynatrace, Datadog, New Relic, Grafana, or similar).
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a team.
Bilingual in French/English or Dutch/English (knowledge of a third language is a plus).
Detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
A passion for innovative technologies and a keen interest in market trends.
