The 'IT Platform & Virtualization Services' division of the PRI (Production Informatique) department is looking for an IT Project Manager profile described below.
Key responsibilities
The IT Project Manager's mission includes:
Participating in functional analysis and defining project objectives
Planning the technical tasks of the projects
Coordinating and ensuring the execution of tasks
Anticipating and managing risks
Supporting and overseeing supplier activities within the project scope
Communicating and providing regular progress updates
Organizing inter-team activities related to the projects
Ensuring the successful deployment (MEP) of the project
Writing project documentation and meeting reports
Ensuring knowledge transfer to internal teams
Conducting project closure
Required skills & experience
Minimum of 8 years of real-world business experience
Experience in a large enterprise environment
Proven track record of successfully managing multiple IT projects
Ability to work autonomously
Proficiency in MS Project
Strong attention to detail and work rigor
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Knowledge of standards and regulations such as GDPR, ISO 27001, etc.
Ability to understand IT systems and infrastructures
Strong documentation writing skills
Proficiency in French and English; knowledge of Luxembourgish is a plus.
