To help us find and select the best candidates, we are looking for a very dynamic Talent Acquisition Officer .You will be mainly in charge of the smooth recruitment process from A to Z for specific positions. Concretely you will collect and analyse the recruitment needs from the business managers and identify the best recruitment channels based on the defined targets.You will manage the job adverts, the qualification of candidates, arranging interviews with the managers, the feedback on candidates and the offers we send out to candidates.Your mission willalsobe to increase the volume of applicants for all our open positionsso you''ll beresponsible for the sourcing and head hunting part of the recruitment via job boards, social networks and selected channels.You will work independently but never alone.
