Key Responsibilities
Help clients solve their most complex People related challenges, both on organizational and behavioural levels. Support transformations, transactions, and integrated mobile talent issues to make clients successful in their transformation journey. Support the HR function by enhancing their contribution to the business strategy and the strategic allocation of talent. Devise the optimal approach to operational transformations & change management within a specific client context. Enhance client capabilities in change management and operational transformations by designing and delivering training programs, providing on the job coaching, and establishing effective continuous improvement structures. Prepare compelling proposals to showcase EYs expertise in the domain of People Consulting. Skills and Attributes for Success
Professional experience (between 4 7 years), either in Program/Project management, consulting, and/or in the Financial sector. Knowledge of HR or Change methodologies (e.g. ADKAR). Excellent knowledge of business English, and fluency in French/Dutch. Strong team spirit, balanced by a healthy sense of autonomy. Excellent analytical skills, conceptual thinking, and pragmatic approach. Solid comm
