The corporate procurement team is a new, growing function within SD Worx at an international corporate level. We are really excited to be expanding our function further.
You will be based in Belgium as part of the international team. You will have a strong background in project management and specifically have knowledge and experience of Source to Pay (S2P) selection and implementations.
This is initially a temporary assignment from 2025, until July 2026.
You will be responsible for assisting the rollout of the new technology plan, and therefore have close collaboration with stakeholders across these areas in order to ensure that we define and deploy the procurement process and tooling in line with procurement objectives.
You will assist the wider procurement function with realization of our savings and value add activity to drive deeper engagement with the procurement team and show our value contribution.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. You will be responsible for status monitoring and communications, ensuring the team(s) are kept informed at all levels across the business, both from communications operationally and at steerco levels.
2. You will work closely with finance and procurement on the budgeting for the project, ensuring we run on time against the investment plan.
3. You will highlight risks and potential setbacks, ensuring the messaging is consistent and escalated where needed.
4. You will have exceptional administrative skills, ensuring there is documentation in place and governance of the entire project including tracking, status, risks and objectives.
5. You will be responsible for stakeholder alignment, bringing together all stakeholders and persuading them to take the necessary action.
6. You will liaise closely and regularly with the project owner (Head of procurement) and with both finance and IT teams for necessary inputs into the project.
