About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Agile process facilitator to join our team and support one of our key clients, a major player in the [industry] sector.
This role involves facilitating Agile methodologies, ensuring smooth collaboration between teams, and driving continuous improvement in the development process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as a servant leader and coach for Agile teams, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles and best practices.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, etc.).
• Identify and remove impediments to ensure efficient workflow and delivery.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and innovation within the team.
• Support Product Owners in backlog management and prioritization.
• Ensure effective communication between development teams, stakeholders, and business units.
• Promote Agile mindset and values across the organization.
• Monitor and report on team performance and Agile maturity.
Required Skills & Experience:
We require a proven experience as a Scrum Master in an enterprise environment. You should possess strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.).
An excellent facilitation, coaching, and servant leadership skills are essential for this role. You should also have experience working with cross-functional teams in complex IT environments.
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities are required, as well as outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
A Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I/II) is a strong asset, and experience in [specific industry or technology, if relevant] is a plus.
