Country Sales Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated Country Sales Manager to join our team at Be-Mobile, a European market leader in smart mobility solutions.
Your primary responsibility will be to develop and grow our account portfolio in Belgium (Flanders, Brussels, and Wallonia) for regional and local governments within the Traffic and Mobility Rights domains.
Key Responsibilities:
* Sales Portfolio Ownership: Drive and manage all sales leads across Belgium, focusing on regional and local governments within the Traffic and Mobility Rights domains.
* Client Contacts: Proactively engage with clients through direct meetings and industry events, fostering valuable connections and building long-term partnerships.
* Bid Management: Support technical writing and reviewing documentation for large bid management purposes.
* Deal Closing: Demonstrate readiness to handle deals of all sizes, from smaller contracts to large-scale agreements, with a hands-on and results-driven approach.
* Collaboration: Ensure seamless coordination for opportunities, working closely with Product Managers.
Requirements:
* Fluency in Dutch and French is mandatory.
* A higher education degree is required, ideally supplemented with a postgraduate qualification demonstrating academic excellence.
* A background in consulting or management traineeships is beneficial.
* Sector knowledge in traffic and mobility is advantageous.
* Excellent analytical abilities to evaluate and manage extensive documentation, coupled with outstanding written communication skills.
* Strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively with policymakers.
