We are delighted to offer the opportunity for an exceptional Head of HR Operations to join our team in Zetes Belgium.
This hands on and practically oriented role, based in our Evere Brussels office, brings the opportunity to work in true partnership with Zetes Belgium Leaders and Managers, ensuring the delivery of seamless HR operations whilst working as trusted business partner to help ensure the use of HR principles for maximum impact on business performance.
As the senior in-country HR operations lead you will be responsible for providing HR services, business partnership & problem solving across five locations in Belgium. Your primary customers will be our senior level Head of Country, Head of Finance, Head of Factory etc. You will manage four HR Administrators, each currently working on distributed HR responsibilities (part time).
You will report into the Zetes Corporate HR Director who sits within the Zetes Corporate Executive Team. This relationship will be central to ensuring the ‘’what’ & how 'of HR is strategically aligned with the direction of Zetes globally.
Responsibilities:
-End to end delivery of HR operations for our five locations across Belgium (corporate, business operations, software development, manufacturing) headcount circa.350.
-Manage the contribution of four HR administrators & overtime develop deep HR expertise within the team.
-Support & enable your peer group at senior leadership level (Country Managers, Divisional Leaders etc).
-Be a trusted partner to the management layer, providing solutions & proactively coaching on people matters .
-Innovate and evolve HR delivery for Belgium, in line with best practice, new/upcoming legislative requirements but also bringing in your ideas and creativity.
-Work with the Zetes Corporate HR Director, providing resource for implementation of new HR principles, frameworks and approaches within Zetes: for example - performance management, feedback, salary benchmarking.
You will have:
-Experience of operating at a senior HR level with demonstrated success in meeting exceptionally high standards in a high volume, fast-paced environment.
-A true hands-on approach as well as the ability to successfully monitor the “pulse” of the workforce to ensure a high level of employee engagement & effectiveness
-Be comfortable within long term value focused environment. You will challenge pre-existing approaches creating a new standard of HR partnership and delivery,
-A strong-solutions focus and be comfortable working in an environment which demands strong personalities.
-The ability to effectively collaborate across multiple functions.
-Strong project/program Management Skills.
-Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
Education & skills:
-Fluent in English, Flemish & French.
-University degree in Business Administration/ Human Resources (or equivalent by experience)
