Freelance PMO (Digitalization)
My client in Pharmaceutical is looking for a PMO consultant to join their growing Department. You will oversee the department’s future digitalization roadmap for the future years to come.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
* Prepare monthly meetings and reporting to Digital Transformation Program
* Follow-up of Digital Cards from idea initiation until project completion
* Follow-up of digital projects status update
* Follow-up of digital projects budget status
* Facilitate digital engineering program meetings
* Summarize and cascade to Engineering PMs key messages from Data Programs Community meetings and Digital Transformation meetings
* Monthly update Integrate (Planisware) project review status of Engineering Program
* Support Engineering Program Lead on ad hoc activities
* Report to Engineering Program Project Manager
* Develop the Smart Facilities roadmap:
* Conduct workshops for defining the roadmap
* Integrate the roadmap into the overall digital engineering roadmap
* Define engineering digital roadmap
* Make an inventory of all global engineering solutions in use
* Make an impact analysis (which ones are worth keeping vs decommissioning + impact on operations)
* Define deployment roadmap for integration into the overall digital engineering roadmap
Requirements:
* 3-6 Years Experience in Project Management
* Fluent French and English is required, meetings will be held in both English and French.
* Experience within areas of Engineering, Information Technology, Automation and Digitalization is a bonus.
* Experience within the Pharmaceutical, Financial or other heavily regulated industry is a bonus.
* Experience with the Planisware and Think-Cell software's is a bonus.
* Experience in Scrum and Agile Methodologies is a bonus.

* Someone who is Organized, Attentive and has excellent time management skills, able to quickly and swiftly follow up on communications without needing to be told to do so.
* Someone who is Diplomatic and able to manage multiple stakeholders, teams and vendors with great communication skills.
* Someone who is able to work independently and autonomously without need of extra intervention.
