Job Overview:
We are looking for a Senior Sitecore Developer with extensive experience in .NET and Sitecore 10. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in migrating Sitecore 9 to 10, working in Agile environments, and delivering high-quality digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Sitecore 10 Development: Design, develop, and implement Sitecore 10 solutions, ensuring best practices and performance optimization.
✅ Migration Expertise: Lead and execute Sitecore 9 to Sitecore 10 migrations, ensuring seamless data transfer, functionality, and minimal downtime.
✅ .NET Development: Utilize C#, ASP.NET, and MVC frameworks to build scalable and high-performing applications.
✅ Agile Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams in Agile environments to ensure smooth project execution.
✅ Customization & Integration: Develop custom Sitecore components, templates, and workflows, integrating with third-party systems as needed.
✅ Performance Optimization: Monitor and enhance the performance, security, and scalability of Sitecore applications.
✅ Code Quality & Reviews: Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and mentor junior developers.
Must-Have Skills:
✔ Sitecore 10 Expertise – Strong hands-on experience in development and customization.
✔ Migration Experience – Proven experience in migrating Sitecore 9 to 10.
✔ .NET Development – 8+ years in C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API.
✔ Agile Methodologies – Experience working in Scrum/Kanban teams.
✔ Helix Architecture – Understanding and implementation of Sitecore Helix principles.
✔ Sitecore SXA & Headless CMS – Experience with Sitecore Experience Accelerator (SXA) and headless implementations.
✔ Cloud & DevOps – Experience with Azure, AWS, or other cloud platforms and CI/CD pipelines.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
➕ Experience with Sitecore JSS and Sitecore Personalization.
➕ Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, and microservices architecture.
➕ Knowledge of Sitecore Commerce.
