We are looking for Service Desk Agent to join the team of our important European client.

TASKS:
✅Following up of queues in the IT support workflow tool, which records all the ongoing IT Support requests related to DG COMM and (generally) processed by corporate services.
✅ (Re-)Assign service requests to the appropriate support capacity/group via the IT support workflow tool.
✅ Processing requests and questions addressed to COMM IRM, forwarding to competent services/recipients when appropriate .
✅ Monitoring Software incidents, Network incidents, Hardware incidents, other incidents per emails and/or IT support workflow tool.
✅ Monitoring announces on operation/events impacting IT infrastructure and services, informing impacted organizational units and recipients.
✅ Drafting-dispatching and follow up of announcements from COMM IRM.
ssist end users on support requests addressed to or received from Central IT Helpdesk and other corporate services
✅ Monitor and cooperate to the update of DG COMM intranet’s pages dedicated to IT.
✅ Other minor tasks related to requesting-providing support if COMM IRM is in the workflow
This position is also compatible with a part-time work scheme.
Requirements:
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
✨ Excellent knowledge and experience of ticketing systems in IT support management
✨ Good communication skills.
✨ Capability of integration in an international/multi-cultural environment, rapid self-starting capability and experience in working in a team.
✨ Analysis and problem solving skills.
✨ Ability to work in multi-cultural environment.
✨ Ability to understand, speak and write in English (minimum level B2).
✨ High degree of discretion and integrity is required as the systems supported by COMM.D.4 may contain personal and sensitive data.
SPECIFIC EXPERTISE
✨ Ability to understand, speak and write in French (minimum level B2).
✨ Bachelor's level or 3 years of higher education
✨ Proven knowledge in end user assistance and support of office automation and/or information systems.
✨ Good knowledge of ITIL.
✨ Knowledge of wiki and collaborative sites.
✨ Knowledge of the office automation tools, in particular Microsoft Office 365.
✨ Understanding of security practices and protocols. Knowledge and experience of the following will be considered as assets.
✨ Experience with Service Now in IT Support.
✨ Knowledge of EC Digital WorkPlace (DWP).
✨ Experience of EC information Security (security marking and associated handling rules) .
