Job Description
* Manage 5-6 projects annually, with a total turnover of €20-30 million, or a major project of approximately €100 million.
* Plan and organize projects from tendering to delivery, coordinating with clients, design offices, and engineering firms as needed.
* Ensure adherence to schedules, budgets, quality standards, and safety regulations.
* Facilitate communication between project managers, clients, and suppliers.
The Successful Applicant
* Approximately 10 years of operational or managerial experience in a general construction company.
* Degree in industrial or civil engineering.
* In-depth knowledge of the construction sector and experience in managing and executing construction works.
* Strong leadership and coaching abilities, capable of operating at all organizational levels.
* Proven negotiation and persuasion skills with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
* Ideally bilingual in Dutch and French.
