Nexeo Belgium is looking for a Senior Process Manager for a leading financial institution in Belgium.
Your Role
As a Senior Process Manager, you will optimize, describe, and document business processes, with a focus on claims management for hospitalization and outpatient care. Your responsibilities will include:
* Collaborating with Product Owners to bridge the gap between ICT and business teams.
* Designing claims processes to maximize automation while considering system limitations and workforce impact.
* Drawing process flows, requesting adjustments, and ensuring proper implementation.
* Providing clear, up-to-date documentation using tools like Jira and Confluence.
* Coordinating with relevant interfaces, including risk management functions.
Your Profile
* Over 5 years of experience in business process management, particularly in life insurance claims.
* Expertise in hospitalization and outpatient care claims handling.
* Process- and documentation-driven with strong analytical skills.
* Fluent in Dutch and English.
