Our Field Application Engineer actively supports the sales managers in the pre sales process with technical expertise on GNSS/INS positioning systems.
Your Mission
As Field Application Engineer, youll be responsible for guiding our OEM and systems customers through the evaluation and integration of our highly capable GNSS and GNSS/INS positioning systems. Youll work closely with our sales teams, as well as our engineering and product management teams. Your continuous feedback will help define the roadmap for our next generation of products. Additionally, you will take charge of ongoing after sales technical support cases, adhering to defined processes for released products, ensuring optimal customer satisfaction.
Your Qualifications
You have a masters level or bachelors in Electronic Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Communications Systems, Computer Science, Physics, or similar. You are interested in learning more about hardware and software integration and have preferably some experience with GNSS receivers, UHF Radios, Cellular Modems, WIFI routers, serial interfaces, and so on.
You are a keen learner with an eye for market opportunities and a heart for deadlines and critical thinking. Wed love it if you feel comfortable with engineer to engineer engagements and have no issues with being in a customer facing role. Youre also quite good at explaining complex concepts in a straightforward manner.
