Job Description:
Your tasks and responsibilities
1. Overseeing all commercial decisions and actions related to B2B, financial services (leasing solutions), and diplomatic sales.
2. Further build a high-performing commercial team, build capabilities, and hire talent into the organisation.
3. Facilitate collaboration and cross-departmental communication within the sales organization, focusing on efficiency and efficacy.
4. Build relationships with commercial partners (leasing companies and rental companies), handle financial services connected to car sales, leading diplomatic sales, targeting government entities such as police departments, municipalities, and ministries.
5. Challenge the status quo in an overall conservative sector, find innovative solutions for old and new problems, and install a forward-thinking mindset in the teams.
Job requirements
1. Extensive experience in B2B sales within the automotive industry or industries with comparable value chains. Demonstrated proficiency in collaborating with distributors, dealers, or resellers, with a strong preference for backgrounds in consumer products or the automotive sector.
2. High learning agility to get up to speed with dynamics and ways of working in the automotive sector. Commercial management experience and a track record in building high-performing teams.
3. Proactive and solution-oriented mindset, able to leverage market insights and experience to anticipate and address challenges.
4. Trilingual in Dutch, French, and English.
