Your role As a Finance & Office Assistant, you are a key player in keeping the office running smoothly. You’ll support the CEO and the asset management team with financial, administrative, and organizational tasks.Your responsibilities include: Financial administration: processing payments, reconciling credit card statements, managing invoices (rent, parking), assisting with audits, and handling VAT recovery. Office management: organizing documents, maintaining admin records, and ensuring a smooth daily workflow. Executive support: managing the CEO’s agenda, preparing meetings, and offering general assistance. Ad hoc support: front desk responsibilities, assisting asset management and legal documentation.
