Brady Corporation is seeking an experienced IT engineering manager to lead
standardization and integration of acquisitions in our European businesses. Our IT
leaders are characterized by strong technical skills and unwavering passion for
technical quality, teamwork, and managing the dynamics of a fast-paced environment.
This position will lead integration standardization activities including networks,
applications, and security standards reporting to the Director of IT for EMEA. This role is
an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to experience broad exposure to multiple
facets of IT as well as the operations of multiple businesses across Europe. The ideal
candidate will have a technical foundation and strong business acumen to not only lead
and direct technical teams but also interact effectively with business leaders to manage
change efforts.
Responsibilities:
● Due diligence: Lead and support IT due diligence activities.
● Risk assessment: Identify and evaluate cybersecurity risks, recommend mitigations, and develop plans.
● Project management: Develop project plans to manage integration activities and provide oversight on status and completion of activities.
● Change management: Manage changes to roles, systems, and processes
● Communication: Communicate regular status updates including written and verbal in status update meetings. Proactively engage with business leaders to coordinate change impact on employees and business operations.
● Documentation and lessons learned: Identify lessons learned and make recommendations for future acquisition activities including the development acquisition “playbooks.”
Qualifications:
● Demonstrated experience with IT infrastructure and operations implementation and management
● Strong cybersecurity knowledge and implementation experience
● Ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences
● Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects across multiple teams
● Demonstrated collaboration skills with internal and external business leadership, across IT functions, IT vendors and with corporate development stakeholders
● Experience managing IT aspects of the entire lifecycle of a merger or acquisition transaction (from due diligence to full integration)

Education and Experience:
● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related
technical field. Advanced degree is a plus.
● 10+ years of experience in a technical or engineering field such as networking or
application development
Travel:Requires travel, within EMEA region primarily
