We are seeking a seasoned Delivery Manager to join our team, ensuring seamless delivery services and the quality of contractual deliverables. The role will be responsible for:
* Managing and controlling documents for contractual delivery;
* Interfacing between the Contractor and the Contracting Authority;
* Contributing to activity planning, including developing and revising planning and guidance documents in line with the agreed methodology, priority and providing input to the strategy and related initiatives when required;
* Guiding teams in charge of testing activities and reviewing their deliverables within the limits set by the Contracting Authority's rules on access to information and procedures, complementing and replacing team leaders as needed;
* Contributing to the estimation of resources necessary for activity execution, collaborating with team leaders to plan activities under the supervision of responsible statutory staff;
* Preparing proposals for quality plans and tracking activities against approved plans, providing regular and accurate reports;
* Providing effective leadership for supplier teams, ensuring team members are motivated and constantly develop their skills and experience, including specific training, in line with Contracting Authority requirements;
* Identifying, mitigating, and reporting impediments affecting teams' ability to deliver;
* Contributing to projects related to infrastructure used for activities under the framework contract;
* Ensuring all activities and duties comply fully with regulatory requirements, including the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.
Requirements
* MSc in a related field;
* 5+ years of experience in a similar position;
* Good knowledge of project management tools;
* Excellent knowledge and certification in quality and testing standards/methodologies (e.g. ISO 25000, ISTQB);
* Experience with teamwork, team management, and service delivery management;
* Certification and practical experience with at least one of the following methodologies/standards: Agile, DevSecOps, Prince2, PMI, PM2, RUP, PMM4EP, ENGAGE, ITIL or equivalent;
* Knowledge of Testing tools such as OpenText ALM, Octane, MF Connect, UFT One, Jira/ServiceNow, SoaPui, Jenkins, Git, GitLab, Selenium, Confluence, xWiki, Google LightHouse, Accessibility Insight;
* Proven experience with quality procedures;
* Optionally, experience in applying development methodologies;
* Preferably, professional experience from international organizations and multicultural environments;
* Rapid self-starting;
* Leadership capability and autonomy;
* Sound methodological approach;
* Excellent analytical, organizational, and writing skills;
* Very good communication skills, result orientation, customer centricity;
* Ability to understand the needs, objectives, and constraints of colleagues in all disciplines and functions;
* Very good knowledge of English (Level C1) or very good knowledge of French (Level C1). However, knowledge of both languages, one at C1 level and the other at B2 level, is required.
