Our client is looking to hire a full time Receptionist for their headquarters. This is an important position as the successful candidate will be the first point of contact between the company and clients.

Salary
1. €30,000 p/a
The Role
2. Meet & greet clients
3. Administrative tasks: filing, document handling, and word processing
4. Manage general databases
5. Manage calendar
6. Arrange travel details for senior managers
7. Assist the HR Manager with routine tasks
8. Manage perry cash
Requirements
9. Multi-lingual would be beneficial
10. Formal qualifications in Administration desired
11. Prior work experience in a customer service position
12. Knowledgeable on Microsoft Office
13. Must be team player
14. Willingness to learn
15. Pleasant demeanour and personality
16. Accustomed to working in a busy and vibrant environment
17. Take calls and answer emails
18. Ability to multi-task and set priorities
