The job As our GROUP CONTROLLING MANAGER, you will operate at the intersection of strategy and execution, translating financial insights into actionable business decisions. Reporting directly to the CFO, youll not only oversee financial performance but also shape the future of Oleon by aligning financial goals with broader business strategies. Heres how youll make an impact: You will be responsible for expanding, structuring, and coaching an international controlling organization, currently comprising 20 FTEs. You will attract, onboard, and coach team members while fostering their growth through performance appraisals, competency development, and talent management. You will be responsible for group reporting, delivering financial reviews, and presenting clear insights to the Executive Committee and the Shareholder. By analyzing variances, managing risks, and identifying opportunities, you drive impactful decision making. Collaborating closely with the CFO, you will shape and implement financial strategies that align with the companys growth objectives and long term vision. You will take ownership of key financials ensuring they are executed effectively and in line with organizational goals. From evaluating potential mergers to assessing new investments, youll provide expert guidance on high stakes projects. Your financial due diligence and sharp insights will ensure every decision is grounded in sound strategy. You will work closely within Oleons global finance management team, fostering a culture of teamwork and collaboration across regions and departments to drive financial excellence.
