Recruitment profile
Back Office FR/ANG function in support of CFO, filing / organizing and retrieving/compiling information/documents
Expected tasks:
* Ensure that all documents related to each investment / investor are properly filed (rename/organize files and folders, identify gaps in documentation, interact with Kharis team to collect documents)
* Ensure that all legal documents are properly filed (check if all parties signed, if all appendices are present, …)
* Populate or verify internal database or excel with information from legal/corporate documents (e.g. official address/contacts in contracts, answers in a corporate procedures, bills…) and populate/verify legal/corporate documents/forms against internal databases/excel files (e.g. investor notices)
* Prepare/populate folders/documents for adhoc admin requirements (e.g. KYC, investments by regulated entities, corporate forms…)
* Retrieve and file online information (background/KYC checks, …)
* Work with and contribute to Operational Guides (internal process documents or process documents related to interactions with suppliers)
* Check NDA’s against set rules of requirements
* Update/maintain corporate calendar
Profil
Skills:
* Excellent English speaking/writing skills (C1).
* Trusted person able to work with confidential information
* Basic legal and financial understanding
* Excellent ability to work with various IT tools (Microsoft office, databases, …
* Preferred background:University degree
2 years of back office experience
* Legal / accounting degree
