MISSION:
The Key User Logistics EWM represents the department of Supply-Chain/logistics in the SAP implementation and is the interface between the business and the functional SAP team. The Key User EWM guides the process improvements in the business and SAP module EWM As expert is the first point of contact for issues relating to the functionality implemented in the Logistics/warehouse domain. Being part of the Transformation Team, the Key User EWM in close collaboration with the other key users of their respective domains provides training, support and guidance directly to the end-users in the SAP module EWM.
He or she will also be involved in the annual inventory and maintenance/creation of storage locations in EWM.
As a member of the continuous improvement team, the key user will be asked to put forward ideas for improvements and to take part in the various activities planned as part of the company's transformation (VSM, OPEX, re-layout of shopfloor,…)
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Drives business improvement in the respective area of logistics and define the solution in SAP
2. Identifies, analyzes and resolves system design weaknesses, drives system process re-engineering efforts with key business partners and solution teams
3. Accountable for testing of new functionalities or other upgrades of the solution
4. Ensures the appropriate support, guidance and training with documentation to end-users within the scope of logistics
5. Leader for data consistency within Logistics /EWM
6. Collaborate and assume responsibilities at his/her level with regard to the EN quality standard and the ISO environmental standard

PROFILE
- ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE / TECHNICAL OR FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES
8. Graduate degree from Engineering, Computer Science, Economics
9. experience in Production or Planning environment
10. experience in SAP PP module analysis and support
11. Fluent in Dutch or French and English
