We are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as: CEMEA Fleet Support
Job Overview:
As CEMEA Fleet Support, you will play a key role in monitoring and supporting operational fleet activities across the region, while providing technical support to stations and assisting with GSE procurement and analytics. You'll work closely with local teams and regional leadership to ensure our fleet runs smoothly, efficiently, and in alignment with Swissport's global standards.
Main Responsibilities:
* Monitor and report on Fleet operational matters, including Maximo scorecard KPIs and station-level performance.
* Support the implementation of regional/global fleet strategies (TechEval plans, SOPs, telematics).
* Analyze fleet data (GSE demand, asset utilization) to support decision-making by the Head of Fleet and COO.
* Serve as the first technical contact for stations experiencing GSE issues—supporting procurement of spare parts and OEM coordination.
* Assist in procurement processes, including standardization of technical specs, transport, customs clearance, and commissioning of new GSE.
* Perform data extractions and fleet analytics (e.g., Maximo data for rentals, asset age, fleet lifecycle).
Requirements:
* Strong operational background and understanding of Ground Support Equipment (GSE).
* Technical understanding and comfort working with fleet data and systems (e.g., Maximo).
* Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to coordinate across multiple countries and teams, managing stakeholder expectations.
* Proactive communicator, fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
* Team player with strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently.
* Willingness to travel occasionally across the CEMEA region.
