Lead Manager Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Lead Manager to oversee lead generation and processing for our international logistics services client. The successful candidate will manage communication networks, filter leads, and dispatch them to countries for further processing.
Responsibilities:
* Manage lead generation through effective communication with networks.
* Process leads by filtering and selecting based on request type.
* Dispatch leads to relevant countries for further processing.
* Monitor results, including conversion rates, turnover generated, and new business.
* Report on individual country performance and overall directorate progress.
* Develop plans to enhance conversion rates.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Sales Administration, Project Management, or Marketing/Database Management.
* Professional experience preferred, especially in CRM or Quality Assurance.
* Fluency in English and French; proficiency in Dutch is an asset.
* Charismatic leadership and social skills.
* Experience in prioritization and project management.
