The Job Role:
The Electrophysiology Field Clinical Graduate Specialist will provide expert clinical product and technical assistance and training to physicians, lab staff, and sales representatives on the effective and safe use of the Farapulse system during case procedures within an assigned geography.
This role is a 12-month contract, starting as soon as possible. The location is Wallonia with a focus on the southern side of Belgium, ideally located around the axes of Brussels – Charleroi – Namur. Successful candidates may be retained by Boston Scientific in the Electrophysiology or another division at the end of the contract.
You will be working daily in the cath lab or operating room supporting highly innovative Cardiac Implantable Electronic Devices from the Boston Scientific portfolio by engaging with clinical stakeholders to promote and train them on our products.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Serves as a primary resource for clinical support in the areas of case coverage, basic troubleshooting, system/software development.
2. Educates customers and internal Boston Scientific employees on the merits and proper clinical usage of the Farapulse device through presentations and demonstrations.
3. Attends cases in labs of hospital accounts for case support and development efforts of the Farapulse system and its components.
4. Provides initial and continuous training and feedback for development team and sales representatives on Farapulse and related products.
5. Meets with existing and potential clients to identify their clinical needs and discuss how company products can help them achieve their goals.
6. Develops relationships with hospital personnel to identify key decision makers for future sales.
7. Responds to customer needs and complaints regarding products and service by developing feasible solutions.
Skills and Competencies Required:
1. Recent Bachelor or Master graduate (2023/2024) with a Biotechnical, Biomedical Engineering, Scientific Degree or Nursing qualification covering elements of the Heart/Cardiology.
2. Strong technical insights, able to analyze and comprehend complex algorithms and translate this into clinical practice.
3. Able to work in a dynamic and stressful environment.
4. French native, English fluent.
5. Computer/technically savvy.
6. Hold a current driving license.
