Job Description
For our client, a company in the chemical sector, we are looking for a Junior Administrative Assistant to support the invoicing department.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the financial operations of a dynamic organization. The successful candidate will work closely with the Procurement department and provide administrative support in a fast-paced environment.
The tasks involved in this role include:
* Handling Purchase Orders (POs): Retrieving requests from a system, creating POs in another system (Coupa), uploading Goods Received (GR) after validation, and resolving any issues that may arise.
Requirements
* A maximum of 3 years of work experience.
* Accurate and detail-oriented work.
* Strong communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
* A good knowledge of Dutch is a plus but not a requirement.
* Strong analytical skills.
* Excellent computer skills.
