For our client, one of the largest global medical technology companies in the world, we are seeking a driven and customer-centric Inside Sales Account Manager.
In this pivotal role, you will be the primary point of contact for our hospital and non-hospital customers, ensuring the successful implementation of our solutions and driving customer satisfaction. As a key contributor to our Commercial Excellence 2025 vision, you will play a crucial part in accelerating revenue growth and encouraging strong, lasting relationships with our clients.
Function
* Act as a single point of contact for hospital and non-hospital customers on the product portfolio
* Manage day-to-day operations of accounts through personal ownership and stakeholder management
* Ensure implementation of solutions aligns with customer needs, collaborating with internal teams
* Develop insights into decision-makers and influencers in the market
* Build long-term, positive relationships with customers through business acumen
* Strengthen relationships with existing customers and develop new customer relationships using CRM principles
* Lead cross-functional teams to ensure customer happiness and success
* Drive upselling and cross-selling in existing accounts
* Identify, develop, and convert business opportunities
* Achieve agreed sales growth, profit, and other objectives for the region
* Incorporate customer centricity and Salesforce into daily activities
* Develop, monitor, and drive account plans and sales strategies
* Adopt commercial perfection programs and activities
* Understand customer needs and how products/solutions can improve patient care
Requirements
* Proven experience in a customer-facing commercial role, with a track record in solution selling and cross-functional collaboration
* Proficient in recognizing business potential and adept at developing and converting opportunities for growth.
* Excellent communication and social skills, with the ability to build long-term partnerships and influence cross-functional teams
* Proficiency in forecasting, handling, analyzing, and reporting on opportunity pipelines and business-related critical metrics
* Proficiency in English and French, with conversational Dutch skills
* Embodiment of trust, integrity, and ethical conduct within and outside the organization
