Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
1. Converting content from the international team for social media platforms and following up with the local agency
2. Briefing for translation of content into French and Dutch
3. Working with our IT program for asset management
Product Videos:
4. Coordinating with agencies to adapt product videos by translating text segments from English into French and Dutch
Social Media Administration :
5. Managing messages and follow-up on social media platforms in French and Dutch (Facebook and Instagram)
6. Downloading visuals coming from the international team from our IT system and following-up with our agency for the translation
Administrative Support in Projects:
7. Creation/activation sheets for new products: fill in a spreadsheet with all the required information following the process in place
8. Filling databases with product information: collecting information from various sources to update our product database
9. Filling conversion sheets for our product displays / vouchers for instance
10. One Pager: one powerpoint slide, used by our sales team, with product characteristics, available in three languages
11. Digital Kit Translation: product sheet used for our ecommerce clients. Translation from English to French and Dutch (in collaboration with a translator)
Tracking Tools:
12. Eyes & Ears for competitive intelligence, conduct quarterly updates on market prices
13. Tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) using internal IT system as well as Nielsen
Packaging Translation:
14. Checking spelling and translation of packaging and products’ manuals into French and Dutch
Other Tasks:
15. Reviewing translations for all communication materials
16. Providing logistics information for launches to IRI/Nielsen
Qualifications:
17. Bachelor's degree (Management Assistant/Marketing)
18. Less than 3 years of experience
19. Language skills: Fluent in French, good to very good English, intermediate Dutch
20. Organizational skills
21. Attention to detail and efficiency
22. Customer service and clear communication
23. Multitasking and adaptability
24. Effective collaboration and teamwork
25. Initiative and ability to work independently
26. IT proficiency with advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills
