Job Description
As a Project Director, the primary focus will be setting-up of our client’s large CAPEX investment projects for success. As such, the candidate will be a well-rounded professional with experience in leading a project team, working within a Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), setting a realistic integrated baseline and embedding a reporting/ update process to measure and communicate performance effectively.
As someone experienced in collaborative working and integrated project delivery, the candidate will have an industry leading approach to embedding the above services within the Life Science sector, particularly in Project Controls and Project/Programme management.
In this role, the individual will be providing expert guidance to our Life Science (client) leads, spearheading communication with existing networks/ potential clients and supporting proposals. The candidate will also play a lead role in developing best practices and establishing a ‘centre of excellence’ for Life Sciences, actively participating on work groups with the need for the specialized knowledge.
Qualifications
* The Project Director will have a proven track record of delivering Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical and/ or Bio Tech construction projects and programmes.
* Exemplary leadership and stakeholder engagement skills and experience
* Experience leading major projects and programmes (in excess of 200mEur), from tender to completion
* Ability to influence, advise and recommend course of action to management and executives within client or partner organisations
* Results oriented with high work ethic, stringent quality standards and a commitment to action
* Strong knowledge and experience in building assets within the industrial, pharmaceutical or any other advanced manufacturing industries.
* Candidates will be strong communicators in English, and French/German language skills would be advantageous.
