* As a Service Technician you are responsible for the follow-up of all technical interventions at our customers (mainly breweries, bottlers,) and this for the Belgian and/or Northern French market (depending on your place of residence).
* After intensive training in Belgium and Germany, during which you will gain insight into our machine park and the different types of installations, you will be part of a team that is responsible for both the daily repair and maintenance work and the installation of new equipment on our customers' production lines.
* You carry out maintenance and repair works but also troubleshooting on the installations of our processing, filling, packaging machines, and prepare the required administrative reports. You think critically about the right solution, and if necessary, you give technical recommendations or even training to our customers.
* You receive the requests from our customers through our planning department who schedule the appointments for you.
* You can always fall back on the knowledge of your experienced colleague technicians who will assist you in word and deed.
Your profile
* As a Service technician you hold a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Sciences, Electricity, Mechanics, Electronics or Electromechanics or you have equivalent experience.
* Relevant (technical) maintenance experience in an industrial environment gives your candidacy an extra edge.
* You have a healthy dose of technical curiosity and you look forward to discovering the fascinating world of industrial maintenance of our production lines with a market leader within its niche.
* You are a well-organized problem-solver and an efficient communicator. You are able to critically think along technically based on the customer's request in order to offer the right solution in a customer-oriented way.
* Although you are part of a team you can work very independently since you are working daily at several of our customers and distances are no problem for you.
* You are open to learning new (technical) things during our intensive trainings in Belgium and Germany.
* You speak at least 2 of the 3 languages quite well (Dutch, French, English) and/or you are able to reach an acceptable level in the third language within a few months.
