Within this challenging position, you will be in charge of the following tasks:
Assist in safeguarding Key Account’s interests and help aligning with the various internal stakeholders.
Prepare analysis of Key Account KPI (monitoring).
Prepare and join review meetings.
Serve as contact point for the Key Account and help resolving day-to-day issues (outstandings, claims, operational issues).
Onboard Key Account’s new sites/factories/entities and integrate them internally.
Maintain relationships with Key Accounts.
Report to the Key Account Manager.
Carry out any other tasks within your skill and capability on an as and when required basis.
Vereisten
You have a relevant education in logistics and/or experience in Inside Sales, Customer Service or Project Management.
You have excellent communication skills, verbal and written in English.
You have a comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office.
You have a commercial and customer focussed profile.
You are open to occasionally travel within the CLdN network.
You are a flexible professional with a can-do attitude and have the ability to think outside the box.
You are a team player.
