As a (Co-)CEO and (Co-)Founder, you will drive a buy-and-build strategy, scaling a €10M business into a €100M success story. What does the role entail?
As (Co-)CEO/Founder, together with Strada’s support you’ll:
1. FIND: Identify and evaluate acquisition targets in sectors with potential for significant growth.
2. BUY: Lead the acquisition process, including due diligence, negotiation, and deal financing.
3. ELEVATE: Scale post-acquisition operations, grow revenue, and maximize enterprise value.
4. Operational and Financial Management: Oversee the operational and financial performance of acquired businesses, ensuring profitability and sustainability.
5. M&A Pipeline Development: Build and execute a robust mergers and acquisitions pipeline to drive strategic growth, backed by Strada’s investment team.
6. Integration Management: Manage seamless integration of add-on acquisitions to create synergies and align company cultures.
7. Leadership Team Setup: Establish a strong central leadership team and organizational structure to support scalability.
8. Value Creation Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to maximize long-term value.
9. Lead with Vision: Build and inspire high-performing teams while driving the company’s strategic direction.
10. Collaborate: Partner with Strada Partners and your leadership team to execute a long-term value creation plan.
We’re looking for ambitious leaders with:
1. Experience: 7–12 years in leadership roles such as CEO, COO, CFO, or Business Unit Leader. P&L experience is key, M&A or integration experience is a plus.
2. Sector Knowledge: Expertise in or affinity with healthcare, software/IT, or business services industries.
3. Entrepreneurial Spirit: A proactive, growth-oriented mindset and the ability to navigate ambiguity.
4. Investment Mindset: Willingness to (co-)invest and align incentives with the long-term success of the business.
5. Leadership: Strong people and operational skills, with the ability to build and inspire teams to achieve ambitious goals.
