A day in the life of the Head of Corporate Sector Coverage
●Management and coordination of the CSC sector team
○Hierarchically manage a team of PAM, APAM, T&R
○Relationship management, origination of all WB products
○Support key client teams in relationship development and management
●Commercial performance
○Accountable for revenues and direct costs, and risk/return for local sector
○Increase cross-buy with clients within the sector
○Assist to client meetings and maintain long-term relationships
○Manage personally 1 high value/stake client
●Execute global sector strategy on local level, execute Belgian TfP strategy
○Identify growth opportunities and drive differentiation of sector proposition vs competitors
●People perspective
○Hire and fire including assessment of recruiting needs
○Develop local talent and the customer-centric culture within sector
○Sponsor diversity and create can do atmosphere
●Act as face of ING WB sectors, representing it both internally and externally. Represent the BE sector organization towards products and other stakeholders such as KYC, Client services, Audit and participate to (change) projects

Ideally you are
·An experienced people manager with strong communication skills and aiming to make people grow
·Capable of managing change and building new team dynamics
·A strong stakeholder manager
·An experienced sales manager with strong client & growth focus
·Strong analytical skills
·Knowledgeable in the WB products (Lending, TS, DCM, FM, WCS, …) and risk management
·Fluent in English, Dutch and French

The team
You’re part of the Belgian Sector MT and the extended WB MT. The Belgian sector organization focusses on corporate clients and financial institutions based in Belgium.
Your team consists of PAMs (Parent Account Manager: relationship managers), being assisted by APAMs (Associate PAM) and by T&R (Transaction & Regulatory profiles, responsible for KYC and Offboarding)
You report into the Head of Sectors, both hierarchically and functionally.
