Make your mark for patients
We are looking for a Change Management Lead with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join us in our Digital Workplace team, based in our Braine l’Alleud office in Belgium.
About the role
As a Change Management Lead, you will drive change initiatives within the Digital Workplace department, ensuring seamless integration of digital tools into daily work practices. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience through communication, education, and engagement strategies. Your role will be pivotal in supporting the implementation of the Digital Workplace Technology roadmap and delivering value to the business and end users.
Who you’ll work with
You will collaborate with various stakeholders, including Corporate Communication, IT Support Teams, ITSOs, and Champion Communities, to generate awareness, educate users, and drive successful adoption. Additionally, you will work closely with Digital Workplace Technology Team colleagues to align business requirements with technology solutions.
What you’ll do
* Lead the Digital Workplace Change Management strategy to drive adoption
* Manage a team of external resources focusing on Change Management
* Develop and execute communication plans for product launches and updates
* Design and monitor change management campaigns to enhance user engagement
* Facilitate workshops, webinars, and training programs for employees
* Create engaging content, including guides, FAQs, and tutorial videos
* Monitor user communities and address concerns to optimize experience
* Stay updated with industry trends and translate them into actionable strategies
* Collaborate with stakeholders to align Digital Workplace tools with business needs
Interested? For this role, we’re looking for the following education, experience, and skills:
* Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a relevant field
* Minimum 5 years of experience in Change Management (communication, training, etc.)
* Certification in Change Management (e.g., ADKAR model) preferred
* Minimum 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or related industry, or 5-10 years in an IT SaaS environment
* Strong expertise in Digital Workplace & Microsoft cloud technologies (Office 365, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Exchange Online, PowerApps, etc.)
* Experience with Analytics and Generative AI tools
* Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
* Ability to work in a global team and manage remote collaborations
* Agile mindset with problem-solving capabilities
