Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!
Interviews: During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!
Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Job description
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Helpdesk L1/L2 professional to join our team in Belgium. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in end-user assistance and support of information systems. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT services and providing exceptional support to our users.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide end-user assistance and support for information systems.
* Communicate effectively in an operational environment, addressing user inquiries and issues.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure a cooperative work environment.
* Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
* Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve situations, adhering to standard deployment and release policies.
* Organize tasks effectively, setting priorities and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Support ERP systems, with a focus on SAP, to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
* Proven knowledge in end-user assistance or support of information systems.
* Knowledge of ITIL practices will be an asset.
* Excellent interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to interact with users in a multilingual environment.
* Strong ability to work collaboratively with other staff members.
* Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve issues effectively.
* Good organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
* Knowledge of ERP systems, especially SAP, will be a major advantage.
