* Sales Experience: You will receive excellent induction training of our tools over several weeks, but you need to have a previous background in sales positions.
* Proven Winner: You live with sales targets and KPI’s as part of your daily business. We are looking for people who are target-driven and can demonstrate exceeding them.
* Desire to Drive: Do you want to learn about sales and how to be incredibly successful while making a real difference for your customers? You must have a desire to improve and the ability to learn new skills.
* Organized: This is a fast-paced role with a mix of proactive and reactive activities. The right candidate will be able to juggle multiple priorities and work accurately and well under pressure.
* Energetic: We are looking for lively, hungry, ambitious, energetic team players.
* Smart and socially intelligent: A diploma is not essential, but you must have the ability to learn a portfolio of complex products and describe them to customers. You must also possess a high degree of social intelligence.
* Resilient: You must be able to self-motivate and push through adversities in this role.
* Language Skills: A good command of Dutch and English is necessary in writing and speech.
