Job Description
1. Provide pragmatic, commercially sound legal advice to internal stakeholders and other parties
2. Draft and negotiate various commercial contracts (supply, service, cooperation, marketing agreements)
3. Support the franchise business and manage legal aspects of partnership agreements with insurers and customers
4. Offer competition law guidance on pricing, rebates, and innovative commercial agreements
5. Support compliance programs, including training on EU anti-trust laws
6. Manage legal aspects of the franchise business, ensuring compliance and reviewing contracts
7. Coordinate with the Trademarks department on trademark protection and marketing initiatives
8. Act as an interface with the international legal department and external counsels
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate should have 5-10 years of experience in antitrust, commercial, contract, unfair competition, and consumer law within the Benelux region, ideally with expertise in multinational companies across various territories. They should possess strong contract drafting and negotiation skills, fluency in Dutch, French and English, and demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, ethical standards, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
