Roles and Responsibilities:
1. First screening of end-users’ request(s) to ensure compliance with policies and best practices in force at the Bank and report/challenge/reject, as necessary.
2. Handling of end-users and technical teams’ requests related to access management on both Business Applications and IT Systems.
3. Handling of all activities related to the Joiner/Leaver/Transfer process (staff movement).
4. Management of physical and logical authentication devices (tokens, smartcards, certificates).
5. Security screening of emails: first level of assessment of quarantined emails from a security perspective (spams, viruses, and phishing detection). Release and/or escalation to IT Security function accordingly.
6. Handling of the recertification process (regular review of accesses and permissions) on both Business Applications and IT systems in scope.
7. Perform ad-hoc checks and controls on request under Team Lead supervision using the identity analytics platform and/or relevant IAM tools.
8. Ensure logging and monitoring of IAM activities for traceability purposes.
9. Support when required investigations and/or audit activities.
10. Provide second level of support for end-users and technical teams within IAM remit.
11. Document new procedures/activities/systems on request.
12. Perform general testing activities (e.g., new go-live, upgrade, patching).
13. Interface with IT Technical Teams in case of incident (raising alerts and ticket, follow-up, testing and closure of the incident).
Qualifications:
1. Advanced knowledge and practice of Identity Management related activities.
2. Advanced knowledge of Unix, Linux and Windows Operating systems on both servers and workstations in IAM areas.
3. Advanced knowledge of authentication and authorization systems (LDAP, Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, OneLogin, Remote gateway ex. Juniper gateway, Multi-factors authentication MFA).
4. Advanced knowledge of Data Base Management Systems (DBMS) (Sybase ASE & IQ, Oracle, MS-SQL, MySQL).
5. Advanced knowledge and practical experience of IAM typical tooling platforms (IGA platforms like SailPoint, Omada, Microsoft MIM).
6. Advanced knowledge and practical experience of Identity Analytics typical tooling platforms (e.g., Brainwave, Kleverware and/or other reporting tools).
7. Advanced knowledge of typical banking business application (Swift, KYC, PeopleSoft/SAP, data warehouse, Business Object, Wallstreet suite, on IAM aspects).
8. Advanced knowledge of collaborative and document management platforms (SharePoint online, SharePoint on premise, Teams, OpenText Content Server).
9. Advanced knowledge on email and communication systems (MS-Exchange, Skype, especially on spams and phishing techniques).
10. Knowledge in the use and functionalities of a ticketing system.
11. Good understanding of Internet and Cloud technologies in the identity management field.
12. Knowledge of international IT Security standards (e.g., ISO27000 suite).
13. Good and concise spoken and written communication.
14. Interpersonal skills (proactive, diplomatic, collaborative and positive mindset).
15. Fully fluent in English plus good command of another language of the European Union.
