BlooLoc is seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team in Belgium. As a fast-growing High Tech company, we offer innovative smart services based on indoor positioning. Our products cater to Logistics, Industry, and Smart buildings globally.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Managing financial operations, including invoicing and expense processing
* Coordinating administrative processes, including mail correspondence and office supplies
* Licensing administration, including customer engagement and quote preparation
We're looking for a highly organized and self-sufficient individual with excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Office Management or equivalent experience
* Proven experience in a similar role ( > 5 years)
* Proficiency in MS Office and Teamleader
* Team player with a hands-on mentality
