The client, working in IT services for leasing company is looking for a newcomer to join their IT team.
1. You are responsible for all IT-related questions that come in via the 1st line helpdesk.
2. You are in direct contact with our customers, deep-diving into their issues and helping them in the best possible way.
3. You work closely together with the IT project team, guaranteeing that you continuously learn about the newest functionalities in our applications.
4. You review recurring technical issues and analyze how these technical issues can be avoided in the future. You work in close contact with the Customer Support Coordinator to discuss and prioritize your list of improvement actions.
5. You train & inform rS user community
6. You participate in providing user documentation
7. You are responsible for the inventory of IT-related materials in the company. This includes asset management, follow-up of new orders or reparations; but also keeping an eye on the newest technological innovations that are potentially interesting for our company.
- Bachelor in IT or 1-2 years experience
- Speaking English, French and/or dutch is a plus
