Context:
The department that handles all the IT, Digital and Data requirements for GEMS (Global Energy Management & Sales) is called EC IS (Expertise Center Information Systems). It consists of different delivery, Data and digital teams, Management Office, infrastructure and Cybersecurity and architecture.
To accompany GEMS Business growth and transformation in Europe, we’re looking for a Business Analyst within the Transversal team to enable the deployment of GEMS standards in term of process, data and tooling, and facilitate the collaboration between local and central teams and initiatives.
The role will be attached to the head of Energy Management IS for Europe.
Role:
The IS Business Countries is in charge of:
1. Enable the deployment of central tooling in the countries.
2. Work closely with the business to understand their needs.
3. Ensure the consistency between central and local developments and tools.
4. Specify business requirements.
5. Represent the IS interface between the countries business and the IS teams.
6. Provide leadership in the projects and accompany the support of the tools.
7. Accompany, coach and train users in the transformation
8. Identify the impacts on the IS landscape and define solutions to adapt/implement interfaces with local tooling
9. Produce and maintain documentation
Hard skills:
10. Master degree in Software Engineering.
11. Proven experience in business analysis role.
12. Effective communication and collaboration skills.
13. Knowledge in energy and/or trading markets.
Soft skills:
14. Excellent relationship skills.
15. Rigorous.
16. Team-spirit.
Languages:
17. French and English.
Locations:
